Hollow Men is a market research company specialized in mystery shopping projects and it makes over 30,000 appraisals every year.
It uses a specialized software for collecting data in the field as well as for reporting the results. Through this instrument, Hollow Men provides the partners a WEB reporting platform with customized unlimited access, through user name and a password. On the platform, one can visualize all types of reports which update in real time.
In the marketing strategy for Hollow Men we suggested the reconstruction of the site starting from the two main needs identified:
The partner companies need to find the services as easy as possible, which results in a bigger conversion ratio;
The users (anonymous customers) should identify more easily the benefits they can enjoy.
Having renowned companies in our portfolio and addressing an international consumer market, we chose to implement, for the communication with the customers, two versions of the site: one in Romanian and one in English. We thus make sure that every user, Romanian or foreigner, has access to the information he wants and needs.
For marketing activities and promotion campaigns, we have implemented a landing page with a very easy structure, designed to provide the user with a very quick access to the information he needs in order to achieve conversion.
